Some people believe that spicy doesn’t have a place in cocktails… we here in Arizona know better. Spicy belongs in everything. All the Time. The Flash Point Cocktail is one of the favorites at the Lucidi Distilling Tasting room, and it can be one of your favorites at home too.
Ingredients:
2 oz Jalapeno Citrus Infused liqueur (use Vodka or Tequila)
.5 oz Agave Nectar
1 oz Lime Juice
2 oz Ginger Beer
Instructions:
1.Combine Jalapeno Liqueur, Agave, and Lime in shaker.
2. Shake and Strain into Martini glass
3. Top with Ginger Beer and serve
Usually we serve this Up in a Martini Glass, but it’s equally good in a Rocks glass if you prefer. Drink well and enjoy!!
